\nFigueroa Sierra & Asociados Abogados counsels major foreign companies in Colombia. Since the 1980’s the firm’s current members and attorneys have worked on complex transactions in most areas of the Colombian economy, involving foreign investment (mergers and acquisitions), financing, trade and services. The firm relies on a longstanding and strong network of members of counsel, having developed a shared culture of professional practice over the years.\n<\/p>\n\n\n

\nAs a development of the above, in 2013 Figueroa Sierra entered into a formal strategic alliance with the law firm Parra Rodr\u00edguez, with whose partners it has continuously worked since 1993. Such alliance conveys that the firms now share offices in Bogot\u00e1, where common and integrated legal services policies and practices are being applied. Accordingly Augusto Figueroa is now also a partner in Parra Rodr\u00edguez, whose partners are correspondingly members of counsel of Figueroa Sierra. A merger is projected.
